What it is

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before starting your classes at NODO STUDIO.

What is the Lagree method?
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that builds strength, endurance and body control on specific machines similar to the reformer. It is based on slow movements and constant tension to activate the whole body safely and efficiently. And you will only find it at NODO Studio, in Cambrils.
Do I need previous experience?
No. All classes can be adapted to different levels and physical abilities. Our team supports the process so that everyone can progress at their own pace.
How do plans and bookings work?
You can choose between introductory classes, class packs or monthly memberships. Bookings are made online, and payment and activation of the plan are then completed at the studio.
Which disciplines do you offer?
We currently offer Lagree, REFOR-MAT, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hormonal Yoga, Mat Pilates and Hypopressives. Each discipline works on different aspects of the body and overall wellbeing.
Do I need to have been a mother to practise hypopressives?
No. Hypopressives can also be a great way to bring postural and breathing work into your routine, whatever your background.
What should I bring to my Hypopressives class?
Comfortable clothes that aren't tight, and water. It's best not to eat right before class.
